About Us
Our heritage began in 1981 with the construction of a military hardened aircraft shelter and command center complex in the Middle East during the Iran - Iraq war.
Based in Franklin, Tennessee, USA, our company is built upon integrity and providing world-class projects and services. We build projects requiring building permits or covertly as required by the situation.
Our founder has been building projects worldwide beginning with nuclear blast/CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) resistant hardened aircraft and command shelters in the Middle East during the Iraq-Iran war and conflict in Beirut in the early 1980’s. His project background includes a wide range of technically complex, high value mega-projects including infrastructure, process, chemical, oil& gas, and hardened structures.
As international architects, engineers, and contractors, our business is providing hardened structures to protect people and critical assets from the threats of CBRNE weapons (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high yield Explosives), armed assaults, EMP/HEMP attacks, and Mother Nature’s fury of tornados, hurricanes, wildfires, avalanches, rockfalls, and earthquakes.
In the 1990’s, we spearheaded the conversion of the military hardened aircraft shelters to public works hardened rockfall and avalanche shelters for projects in the United States. Our system was approved for application as rockfall protection shelters (rock sheds) on public road projects by the United States Federal Highway Administration and the Departments of Transportation for the States of California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington; and by the Southern Pacific Railway Company for railroad avalanche shelters (snow sheds).
Today, we continue operating with the utmost discretion and confidentiality to deliver clients hardened shelter projects, including covert projects to residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and government customers.
Our work is governed by the U. S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which means we do not provide our services to sanctioned countries, terrorists, and cartels.
